Overview

“Kupat HaSnif” is a complete financial management system developed for Chabad Youth – Panasaim. It connects parents, donors, branch managers, and headquarters through a unified interface that ensures transparency, accountability, and engagement. Each branch has a dedicated public page showing its current projects, total available funds, and an option to donate. Donors can choose to have their name displayed on the branch’s donor list, strengthening community involvement and encouraging support. Branch managers can manage their projects, submit expense requests, and monitor donations. Headquarters staff are provided with a global admin panel to review expenses, approve spending, and oversee all branches from a centralized dashboard.
